We source green coffee directly through trusted origin partners, exporters and local supply networks across Africa, Central and Latin America and selected Asian origins. Our sourcing covers both commercial Arabica and Robusta supply as well as specialty coffee lots depending on seasonal availability and market conditions. We focus on long-term supplier relationships, supply consistency and clear origin traceability.

QUALITY & TRACEABILITY CONTROL
Quality verification is performed at origin through local partners, independent laboratories and experienced quality professionals. We monitor key quality parameters including moisture, defects, screen size and cup profile depending on contract requirements. Traceability is integrated into our supply structure, supporting customer compliance requirements including EUDR and origin due diligence.

EXPORT & TRADE COORDINATION
We coordinate export preparation, documentation flow and shipment follow-up from origin to destination markets. Our work includes coordination of export documentation, shipment monitoring and post-shipment document follow-up to support smooth cargo movement. We work with established shipping lines, forwarders and destination partners to support reliable delivery performance.
